Let’s Talk About Team Supervision! Room 106 Overview: This workshop provides an overview of a form of supervision to assist probation offices during times of extended leave or multiple Probation Officer vacancies. Utilizing “Team Supervision” focuses supervision contacts on identified needs, ensures documentation is entered in a timely fashion, allows new officers to learn at a slower and gradual pace and to focus supervision efforts on higher-risk cases. This approach will assist with maintaining a positive work environment during a time when stress tends to increase with workloads, as well as help preserve the retention of the remaining staff.
