Given the association of career technical education (CTE) programming with post-release employment success and reduced recidivism, the LA DPS&C partnered with Mississippi State University NSPARC to

evaluate the alignment of historic LA DPS&C pre-release CTE programs with post-release occupational outcomes, as well as to assess historic economic impacts and returns-on investment yielded by such programmatic efforts.
