By sharing the experiences and outcomes of the success coaching program, this presentation aims to advance the practice and professional development of participants in the field of corrections. Attendees will gain insights into the effectiveness of success coaching in empowering new officers and improving retention rates. The presentation will also encourage participants to consider implementing similar programs in their own institutions, thereby advancing the field as a whole.
