When a juvenile allegedly commits an act covered by criminal law, the case is referred to appropriate court or law enforcement officials for consideration for prosecution Comment : Corrections and court or law enforcement officials should agree on the categories of offenses that are to be referred to them to eliminate minor offenses or those of no concern.
