ACA CONFERENCE OVERVIEW

SUNSHINE STATE SHINES AS SETTING FOR 2025 WINTER CONFERENCE

O rlando, Florida was the site of ACA’s 2025 Winter Conference as thousands of correctional professionals convened in the Sunshine State’s state-of-the art Orange County Convention Center for a thoroughly packed agenda of learning, sharing and networking. The proceeding began with business meetings of the Board of Governors on Thursday January 9 th .

a full day of registration, workshops and an ice cream social that kept everyone occupied. The Health Care Network Reception ended what had been a very busy opening day. Saturday kicked off with Accreditation Panel hearings starting in the early hours of the morning. Other early risers found space at an all-day Drone Detection and Deterrence Symposium featuring a live demonstration of drone capabilities and detection solutions on the mezzanine of the adjacent Mariott Plaza International Hotel.
