engagement and care provision. CCHA can guide effective meet ing coordination, helping teams stay consistent and avoid delays. Training both custody and clinical staff will en sure smooth cooperation and integrate MDTTs into correctional healthcare. CCHA can support MDTTs by emphasizing their role in correc tional healthcare. Showcasing their success in patient care and sharing case studies at conferences can en courage stakeholder buy-in. Isolated departments could benefit from teamwork training and interdisci plinary collaboration. Encouraging teams to share their experiences and challenges through case studies and best practices can promote a culture of learning.

Providing resources such as publi cations and training tools can help teams improve their processes and address resistance.
