Michelle Staples-Horne, M.D. , has been medi cal director for the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice for more than 20 years and is responsible for the clinical supervision of medical services to youths served by the department.

153 RD CONGRESS OF CORRECTION Gary Mohr spent nearly 50 years working in corrections, starting as a teacher in the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, the agency he led from 2011 to 2018. After his re tirement, he served as president of the American Correctional Association. Viola Riggin is a founder and majority part ner of Vital Core Health Strategies, LLC. She has Derrick D. Schofield, Ph.D.
