Ellen Donnarumma (MA) Vice President for Justice Services Community Resources for Justice
Ellen Donnarumma has more than 30 years of experience working in operations, business de - velopment, and community and government relations for a variety of political, human service, and criminal justice organizations. She has held senior management and executive positions with sev - eral industry leaders in the field of community corrections. Since joining Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) in 2006, she has served as chief development officer, senior director of business development, and since 2015, vice president for justice services. Donnarumma oversees CRJ’s adult reentry portfolio which includes residential and non-residential community-based options for federal, state and county jurisdictions and programming for young adults with complex clinical needs. Donnarumma is president of the International Community Corrections Association and holds a BA from Marquette University.
Latoya Lane Barber (FL) Vice President of In-Custody Treatment GEO Group
Dr. Latoya Lane Barber has experience in the District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois and Indiana correctional systems. She began her career as a correctional officer for juveniles and a correctional counselor. She is currently the vice president of in-custody treatment for the GEO Group. Barber re - ceived a M.S. in family services from Eastern Illinois University and a Ph.D. with a specialization in criminal justice from Capella University. Barber served as the deputy director of programs and case management, deputy director of operations, deputy warden for programs and case management and warden for D.C. DOC. In 2017, she was appointed as an ACA commissioner on accreditation. Barber served as a member of the follow - ing ACA committees: Standards, Nominating, Constitution and Bylaws, Substance Disorders and Healthcare.
Karla Wilson (OH) Quality and Compliance Manager Talbert House
Karla Wilson has a BA in public administration from Miami University and a Master’s in Pub - lic Administration (MPA) from Northern Kentucky University. Since 1999, Wilson has worked for Talbert House in several positions, including two years as case manager in a community-based correctional facility, two years as intake coordinator to support state-certified halfway houses, two years serving in the agency’s community relations department, and 10 years in leadership of halfway house operations. She currently serves as quality and compliance manager overseeing all quality, compliance and ac - creditation activities for Talbert House. She has participated in state-wide community corrections initiatives through her work on projects and committees in collaboration with the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction and Ohio Community Corrections Association. Wilson has participated in and/or coordinated audits for all eight Talbert House ACA-accredited facilities. She is currently certified as a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional.
