Michelle Robinette (OK) Mental Health Coordinator Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office
Since 1995, Michelle Robinette has worked for the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office in various posi - tions throughout the agency, to include patrol deputy, multi-level supervisory positions, deputy chief assigned oversight to the detention division and new construction for mental health housing that was completed in 2017. Robinette holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has attended many hours of training and executive level seminars. She has earned the titles of Certified Corrections Executive, Certified Jail Manager, and has conducted audits for both ACA and PREA. She is currently serving on the ACA Stan - dards Committee and has served as an ACA Delegate Assembly member.
Telisa E. White (NC) Chief of Detention Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office
Since 1994, Telisa E. White has worked for the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office in several positions including training officer for two years, sergeant for six years, captain for 12 years, includ - ing five years with the Office of Professional Compliance (Internal Affairs). She was also a major for three years, and chief two years to present. White received a B.A. in sociology from Gardner Webb University in 1992. She is currently attending graduate school at Carolina University to obtain her master’s in leadership. White serves on two ACA committees, the Adult Local Detention committee and Behavioral Health committee. White has several certifications, including her Correctional Behavioral Health Certification (CBHC).

Angela Arabie (LA) Probation and Parole Program Manager Louisiana Office of Juvenile Justice
Angela Arabie joined the Louisiana Office of Juvenile Justice in 1995. She has served as a proba - tion officer, aftercare specialist, contract monitor, policy planner, and ACA accreditation manager with oversight of central office, probation and facilities. She now serves as the agency accredita - tion manager, probation and parole quality assurance manager and PbS agency coordinator. She is a graduate of Nicholls State University. She achieved Certified Corrections Manager/Juvenile in 2009. She has been an ACA auditor of juvenile programs since 2012. Arabie has been a member of ACA and LCA since 2001 and a member of Compliance and Accreditation Managers’Association (CAMA) since 2002. She has participated in the probation and parole, juvenile and community corrections committees.
