Members of the Sheriff’s Offices and Department of Corrections come from all over to pay tribute to officers and employees who gave their lives in the line of duty. Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office takes home first place, along with the award for Best Dressed, at the Honor Guard Competition following the Wreath Laying Ceremony.
