Dr. Kendra Davis is a dynamic keynote speaker and trainer known for energizing, educating and empowering audiences. Often described as a “human vitamin B12 shot,” she delivers engaging, action-oriented presentations for organizations such as ACA, NCFADS, NC Department of Public Safety, UNC-Chapel Hill, and more. Her interactive style blends multimedia, exercises and real-world application. Highly credentialed, she holds advanced degrees in ministry and counseling, multiple professional certifications and is the author of It’s ONLY a Test , a practical guide for addiction counselors. Brief Overview Human services professionals face high stress, burnout and compassion fatigue due to the demands of supporting vulnerable populations. Restoring Balance addresses these challenges by emphasizing self-care as a professional necessity. Through evidence-based strategies, practical tools and reflective exercises, participants learn to manage stress, build resilience and sustain emotional well-being. The course equips professionals to prevent burnout, maintain compassion, and continue serving effectively while enhancing personal and professional balance.
