Materials/Distribution — Distribution of flyers, brochures or any other materials in and around all registration, workshop, exhibit and other conference areas is prohibited. Circulators or other promotional material may be distributed only within the exhibitor’s assigned booth. Any prohibited materials found will be removed immediately. Non-Exhibitor/Consultant — A company, firm, consultant or organization not assigned exhibit space must register as such and pay the non-exhibitor registration rate for the full conference and/or the daily registration. If non-exhibiting companies do not register as such, they will jeopardize future participation in ACA events. There will be an additional monetary penalty as deemed necessary by ACA. Parking — The Arena Parking Garage has 1,200 spaces. The Promenade Parking has 400 spaces. The Main Parking Lot along Shoreline Drive has 1,900 spaces. Paid parking is available for all events at each lot located at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center. Paid Parking is $15.00 per day with no in and out privileges. Rates may differ by event. Special Events rates may apply. No overnight parking. When you enter the garage, you’ll receive a ticket. Keep it with you. Guests can pay at kiosks located throughout the campus before heading back to their vehicle or pay at the exit gate using a credit/debit card. Exhibitors may take pictures only of their own booth, and only before and after show hours. Any photography or video recording during show hours must be approved by ACA show management.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Smoking — Smoking is not permitted inside the convention center or within 25 feet of any of its entrances. Smoking is restricted to designated outdoor areas.

Any person representing a non-exhibitor and identified as soliciting in any area of ACA’s conference will have their credentials revoked and will be asked to leave the premises. Workshops — Content and speakers are subject to change. Seating at sessions is first come, first served.
