Americans With Disabilities Act — If any guest needs assistance, please contact American Correctional Association show management at 703-981-4738. Badge Identification — Wear your ACA badge at all times during ACA Conferences. It is your passport to the General Session, Exhibit Hall, workshops and social events. There will be badge checkers at each event. Badge Replacement — If you lose your badge, replace it at the ACA registration area for a $25 fee. Business Center — The closest UPS Store to the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center is at 65 Pine Ave., and the hours are 8 a.m.–6:30 p.m (M–F); 9 a.m.–3 p.m.(SAT); and is closed on Sundays. Cell Phones — Use of cell phones is not permitted in sessions, workshops or meetings. Please remember to turn them off or to silent mode.

Exhibitor Service Counter — Located in Exhibit Hall B.

Facility Tours — Facility tours are offered by the Host Committee. Space is limited, so sign up in the registration area. You may sign up for the tours during registration hours. Food Service — A variety of food and beverage outlets are located outside the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center and surrounding area. Lost and Found — Any found items should be given to ACA show management. Items not retrieved by the end of the day will be given to building security for safekeeping. If you have lost an item, check with the ACA Registration Desk.
