During this session, we will hear from Commission members and COL Jim Seward, Director of the VJC at the Council on Criminal Justice. They will speak about the challenges veterans encounter when they face the criminal justice system and solutions to improve outcomes. In addition, the panel will focus on the recent corrections and reentry recommendations of the commission and the progress the commission is seeing as America works to confront this age-old problem.
