In Georgia, the educational level of those with an educational need is seventh grade and below. It is clear there is a dire need to educate those in our care. The
biggest challenges we are facing in Georgia in the correctional facilities are educational staff vacancies and out-of-field instructors. Georgia recognized these challenges and sought methods that would allow effective educational practices to continue. These challenges were solved through the development of a digital library housed in a cloud storage system.
