Americans With Disabilities Act — If any guest needs assistance, please contact American Correctional Association show management at 703-981-4738. Badge Identification — Wear your ACA badge at all times during ACA Conferences. It is your passport to the General Session, Exhibit Hall, workshops and social events. There will be badge checkers at each event. Badge Replacement — If you lose your badge, replace it at the ACA registration area for a $25 fee. Business Center — The closest FedEx Store to the Colorado Convention Center is at 650 15 th St., and the hours are 8 a.m.–6 p.m daily. Cell Phones — Use of cell phones is not permitted in sessions, workshops or meetings. Please remember to turn them off or to silent mode.

Continuing Education Opportunities — Visit the ACA professional development staff in the ACA Connect Hub and Information & Technology Booth for additional information. See pages 76–77. Exhibitor Service Counter — Located in Exhibit Hall A/B. Facility Tours — Facility tours are being offered by the Host Committee. You may sign up for the tours during registration hours. Space is limited, so sign up in the registration area. See page 52. Food Service — A variety of food and beverage outlets are located outside the Colorado Convention Center and surrounding area. Lost and Found — Any found items should be given to ACA show management. Items not retrieved by the end of the day will be given to building security for safekeeping. If you have lost an item, check with the ACA Registration Desk.
