The Transitional Services Unit (TSU) comprises multiple branches working together to provide intentional release planning services to increase stabilization efforts and successful community reintegration for those coming out of incarceration. TSU offers a wide range of services for effective transitional planning beginning at six months pre-release and continuing post-release. Sharing reentry practices may aid those working with justice-involved individuals in developing robust transitional services that support their efforts in reducing recidivism.
