Delegate Assembly

Ginine Trim (OH) Assistant Director Ohio Department of Youth Services

Ginine Trim served in a variety of positions at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Cor rection starting as a Correction Officer to serving as Warden of the Ohio Reformatory for Women. Later, she transitioned to the Ohio Department of Youth Services where she directed Behavioral Health, Medical Services, and Structured Programs. She was tapped to serve as the Deputy Direc tor of Facility Programs and Operations. In September 2017, she transitioned to serve as Deputy

Director of the Division of Professional Standards and Chief Inspector. In January 2022 she was tapped to serve as the Assistant Director of the Ohio Department of Youth Services, which is the position she currently holds. She holds a master’s degree of Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University. She also served our country in the United States Army Reserves.

Michael Anderson (FL) Regional Director Florida Department of Corrections

Michael Anderson has worked for the Florida Department of Corrections since 1991 in several positions both in institutions and community corrections, including classification officer, field probation officer, case analyst/auditor, field leasing agent for community corrections, Deputy Cir cuit Administrator for the 13th Judicial Circuit, Deputy Regional Director and currently Regional Director. Anderson is a 2023 recipient of the FCCD Chapter VII Distinguished Service Award,

2022 recipient of the Heroes in Public Safety Lifetime Achievement Award, a 2016 graduate of the Florida Criminal Justice Executive Institutes Executive Leadership Seminar, a 2013 graduate of the Institutes Senior Leadership Pro gram and 2006 Correctional Supervisory Leadership Certification Program that was held at the now Pat Thomas Law Enforcement Academy. He’s a member of the American Probation and Parole Association, the American Correctional Association, a former member of ACA’s Delegate Assembly.

Jonathan Ogltree (KS) Vice President for Re-entry and Reintegration VitalCore Health Strategies

Jonathan Ogletree has over 30 years’ experience working in the adult criminal justice system at the state and federal level. He is currently the Vice President for Re-entry and Reintegration for VitalCore Health Strategies. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Management from Webster Uni versity and a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Friends University. Ogletree has served on advisory boards for national criminal justice reform and state sentencing commission. He has numerous training projects in collaborations with federal and state agencies. Ogletree is the President for Association of Paroling Authorities International (APAI).
