B-2E Student Educational Planning: The Reentry Skills Tool for Students Room: National Harbor 6 The workshop will provide the audience member with a sample educational strategic plan which has been used to develop their organization’s educational strategic plan. The plan is a step-by-step process which begins with what resources are currently available in the facilities: square footage, classroom vs. lab, maximum number of students, etc. It follows with 5–10-year market demands, evaluation process for felon friendliness employers, capital project needs, financial resource evaluation and the vision for the development of operational plans to achieve the educational mission.
