B-2B Team Building to Assess Performance Track: Staff Training Room: National Harbor 3 In corrections, we often work hard to
determine why our staff are performing or not performing. In this workshop, we will conduct a team-building activity that will assess what attributes of the staff involved hinder performance and what attributes of staff enhance performance. Staff will be guided through an intense debriefing session that will aid them in future endeavors back at the office or within the facility. Learning Objectives: • Be familiar with the concept of team building for a bigger purpose. • Learn to guide staff through a team-building exercise that specifically relates to work-related skills. • Learn specific techniques to relate team-building aspects to job performance.
