From writing the grant that started the program and keeps it running, to coordinating and providing the training for the IPs and Registered Peer Supervisors, in addition to writing curriculum, policies and procedures for staff and students to ensuring IPs are successful post-release through coordination between DPSCS Case Management and Labor, it truly is a team effort. The presenters will also discuss how CPRS was made into a paid facility work assignment.
