offer clinicians the ability to identify periods (e.g. days of the week, time of day) when (a) problem behavior is most likely to occur, and (b) unstructured time can be utilized for skill-building activities. Therefore, data collection and analyses of behavior can allow clinicians and administrators within JRTFs to allocate resources strategically to prevent and respond to challenging behavior effectively. This workshop aims to provide an overview of the CMS components as developed and implemented by Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analysts to inform evidenced-based treatment decisions for one JRTF. Learning Objectives: • Participants will be able to identify the components of a contingency management system. • Participants will learn how to use behavior tracking to increase skill acquisition and

positive staff and resident interactions. • Participants will be able to identify how to use behavior data to make data-based decisions.
