It is now known for its ability to assist with focus, reduce stress, improve mood and many other healthful benefits. Next, participants will differentiate between common nutrition facts and myths, in order to construct an individualized and successful nutrition plan. The session will conclude with simple, easy and proven action items to be implanted in any correctional facility. Learning Objectives: • Participants will be able to construct a wellness activity that leads to positive change. • Participants will be able to differentiate between nutrition facts and myths.
