This session highlights the journey and lessons learned from some of the top women leaders in the corrections/community corrections industry, as these dynamic leaders have risen through the ranks of elite private and government organizations. Participants will hear various perspectives from tenured professionals who have not only served on the frontline but served as executive leaders. Each panelist will chronicle her career navigation, how she developed her team, cultivated her leadership style and how she tackled challenging stagnated processes in antiquated systems.
