touch and to reduce crime in Ohio. One of the greatest factors impacting the success of offenders on release is gainful employment. With this thought in mind, ODRC Director Annette Chambers-Smith tasked the Office of Holistic Services (OHS) to provide ways to break down barriers to employment offenders face on release. One such barrier is offensive or gang related tattoos visible on the arms, neck and face. ODRC ties the physical healing piece of Holistic Health Care model with the Education, Behavioral Health and religious programming that prepare the individual to return to society by offering tattoo removal. Learning Objectives: 1.Participants will be able to define stakeholders in the program and how to communicate the need for the program to unit staff. 2.Participants will be able to discuss policy and protocol implementation, giving clear direction to staff and the offender how the program works and criteria for inclusion. 3.Participants will be able to identify participant recruitment and explain how to get the message about the program to our population and get them services they need.
