Airline Ticket Drawing — The airline ticket drawings will take place on Sunday, Jan. 12, at 5:45 p.m. at the Exhibit Hall Open House Reception and on Monday, Jan. 13 at 1:45 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall. The Airline Ticket Drawings are sponosred by Keefe and MTC. Don’t forget to get your ticket stamped! Americans With Disabilities Act — If any guest needs assistance, please contact American Correctional Association show management at 703-981-4738. Annual Luncheon — Tuesday, Jan. 14 from 12:30-2 p.m. in the Convention Center, Ballroom 6A/B. No tickets are required; the luncheon is open to all attendees. See page 36. Badge Identification — Wear your ACA badge at all times during the ACA Winter Conference. It is your passport to the General Session, Exhibit Hall, workshops and social events. There will be badge checkers at each event. Badge Replacement — If you lose your badge, replace it at the ACA registration area for a $25 fee.

Facility Tours — Facility tours are being offered by the Host Committee. You may sign up for the tours from Friday, Jan. 10, to the morning of Tuesday, Jan. 14. Space is limited, so sign up in the registration area. See pages 40-41. Food Service — A variety of food and beverage outlets are located in the Convention Center and surrounding area. Friday Training Sessions — Friday, Jan. 10, 8 a.m.–1 p.m. in the Convention Center. Target audience: corrections professionals in prisons, jails, probation and parole, community corrections, juvenile justice, multidisciplinary service and treatment teams, corrections officers, supervisors, unti managers, nurses and front-line correctional staff. See pages 28-29. General Session — Monday, Jan. 13, from 8:30–10 a.m. in the Convention Center, Ballroom 6A/B. See page 34. Grand Prize Giveaway — The grand prize will be given away on Tuesday, Jan. 14, at 11:45 a.m. in the Exhibit Hall. The grand prize is sponsored by Acorn Engineering/Acorn Vac, Armor Correctional Health Services and Attenti. Don’t forget to get your ticket stamped. You must be present to win! We will stop accepting entries at 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 14. See page 38. Health Care Network Reception — Friday, Jan. 10, from 5:30–6:30 p.m. in the Convention Center, West Terrace, Upper Level. See page 30. Health Care Special Session and Luncheon — Saturday, Jan. 11, from 12:30–1:45 p.m. at the Convention Center in rooms 6C/F. Seating is limited. See page 32. Lost and Found — Any found items should be given to ACA show management. Items not retrieved by the end of the day will be given to building security for safekeeping. If you have lost an item, check with the ACA Registration Desk.

General Information Business Center — UPS Store is located inside the Convention Center. The hours are Monday to Friday 9 a.m.–5:30 p.m. and closed Saturday and Sunday.

Cell Phones — Use of cell phones is not permitted in sessions, workshops or meetings. Please remember to turn them off or to silent mode. Continuing Education Opportunities — Visit the ACA professional development staff in the ACA Resource Center during registration hours for additional information. See pages 48-50.
