Where a substance use disorder treatment program exists, written policy, procedure, and practice provide that the facility uses a coordinated staff ap- proach to deliver treatment services.This approach to service delivery shall be documented in treatment planning conferences and individual treatment files.

Where a substance use disorder treatment program exists, written policy, pro- cedure, and practice provide incentives for targeted treatment programs to increase and maintain the inmate’s motivation for treatment. Comment : These incentives may include a variety of options such as preferences in housing, clothing, award certificates, or other items consistent with the goals of the facility.
