Grand Prize Drawing

Grand Prize winner is flying high A $10,000 United Airlines gift card hung in the balance as three lucky 155 th Congress of Corrections attendees waited nervously on the main stage in the massive Exhibit Hall. The three finalists were chosen by the Grand Prize Sponsors: Janie Jennings of Acorn, Bill Shepard of Allied Universal, Joanne Walters of NCIC and Stuart Hudson of VitalCore. Helping with the proceeding was retiring Executive Deputy Director Jeff Washington who

was officially named “Drawing Guru Emeritus” thanks to his many years of officiating the Grand Prize Drawing proceedings. Taking Third Prize ($1,000 cash) was Katie Allen of the Denver Sheriff’s Department. Second Prize ($1,500 cash) was Dennis Southern. The Grand Prize winner of a $10,000 United Airlines Gift Card and 250,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points was Charles Brill of Jacksonville, NC, from the Marine Corps.
