ACA General Session

Diving into an exciting General Session T he beautiful Bellco Theater inside the Colorado Convention Center was the stage for a dramatic and action-packed General Session at the 155th Congress of Correction. ACA President Ricky Dixon introduced the Honor Guard represented by the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office, the Buckley Air Force Space Force, Denver Sheriff’s Department, Denver Police Department, Colorado Department of Corrections, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. Jennifer Harris from the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office sang a moving version of the National Anthem. Reverend Norma Gilliam President of the American Correctional Chaplains Association

delivered a blessing: “We ask as we gather here as workmen in your vineyard, that we come together and build on your will, that our area will become stronger more efficient.” →
