corrections programs and enhance public safety. The ability to quickly interpret vast amounts of information and communicate insights clearly empowers leaders to implement strategies that are data-driven and impactful, ultimately contributing to safer communities. Operations In Florida Community Corrections, dynamic data visualization serves several critical purposes across operations, programs, supervision and personnel management. From an operational perspective, it as sists with monitoring and equalizing workloads by providing a clear and concise way to track the number of cases each officer handles. This helps ensure casel oads are balanced and manageable, reducing the risk of burnout and improving the quality of supervision (See Figure 3) . Additionally, data visualization supports efficient resource allocation by allowing administrators to visualize operational data and make informed deci sions about where to deploy resources, such as officers,
funding and support services. This ensures resources are used effectively and that areas with the greatest need receive the appropriate attention. Data visualization tools are also instrumental in tracking electronic monitoring statistics, enabling the identification of trends in different areas of the state. By visualizing which regions are experiencing an increase or decrease in alarms, administrators can determine specific training needs aimed at alarm reduction, ul timately resulting in workload reduction (Satterfield, 2024). The insights gained from electronic monitoring data are compared to trend analysis, directly aiding in strategic planning. Absconder visualization tools play a vital role in tracking the number of absconders and the length of time they have been in that status. For those who have been in absconder status for an extended period, communication with the state attorney is initiated to determine if the case should be closed. This targeted approach ensures long-standing cases are addressed efficiently. →
