Department of Corrections and the State Correc tional Institution in Chester, PA posted the colors and Rev. Norma Gilliam gave the invocation. President Robinson opened the session by introducing the Executive Committee and all the Past Presidents of ACA. She then introduced Dr. Elizabeth Falcon of Fal con Correctional Services, a sponsor of the Session.
