152 ND CONGRESS OF CORRECTION neering and AcornVac, Inc. one lucky conference goer went home with this brand-new car. The car was displayed in the middle of the exhibit hall throughout the run of the Congress and was given away just before the exhibit hall closed. Three names were chosen, and they were all given keys to the Chevy Spark. They tried the keys in the actual car and whoever had the key that started the car won the car. Ron Duttlinger of the Georgia Department of Corrections tried his luck first but the car did not start.
Then, Russell Jennings of the Virginia Depart ment of Juvenile Justice then took his turn and again the car failed to ignite. Finally, Teresa Tynon from the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Super vision stepped up and was assured of having the magic key which started the Spark. Jennings and Duttlinger each received a cash prize.
