ticipants stood for the presentation of the colors by the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office, the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office and the Louisiana Depart ment of Public Safety And Corrections under the direction of Michael Beck, Jr., Captain in the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office. Kelly Leibert, an Administration Coordinator for the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections Legal Services in Baton Rouge Louisiana then sang a beautiful rendition of the National Anthem to kick off the session. Secretary James LeBlanc of the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections welcomed the session to his home state and then Sheriff Susan Hudson of Orleans Parish also wel comed the delegates to her home city. →
