During NCOEW, a dangerous situation in Uintah County, Utah led to a quick response from the correctional officers. They managed to diffuse a situation with an inmate making homicidal and suicidal threats towards himself, other inmates and staff, demonstrating their preparedness and ability to quickly respond to a combative situation.

Recognizing our officers and nurses As NCOEW coincided with National Nurses Week, all were recognized for their bravery and dedication during this difficult time.
