program effectiveness. Leaders can use this data to allocate resources to the most successful programs and make improvements to less effective ones (Satter field, 2024). Data visualization is also used when speaking with internal and external stakeholders as the data visual ization facilitates clear and transparent reporting to stakeholders, including government agencies and com munity partners. This builds trust and support for successful programs. The visual tools can effectively demonstrate the impact of programs through compelling charts and graphs, making it easier to communicate suc cesses and areas for improvement to stakeholders (See Figure 5) . Data visualization encourages goal-setting by both executives and staff, ensuring that each maximize the potential of their programs. This approach has proven to be highly effective in achieving goals and assisting the offender population. In addition, the visual analysis of program outcomes have highlighted areas where additional staff training
is needed, ensuring program facilitators are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver effective interventions. Supervision Leveraging data visualization, Florida Community Corrections significantly enhances the monitoring, eval uation and continuous improvement of their supervision practices, ultimately leading to safer communities. Visualization tools are integral in displaying key performance indicators related to supervision, such as successful completions, violations and recidivism rates. These tools assist in measuring the effectiveness of supervision strategies, providing clear and actionable insights for continuous improvement. In Florida, these visualization tools have been ef fectively utilized to document and report contraband found in the community through searches conducted by officers. By analyzing this data, areas of concern are identified, leading to more targeted interventions
