Each member of the team provides a specific skill set centered around addressing the criminogenic factors and needs of the individual. This approach strategically allows communication and collaboration in real-time. The development and utilization of such teams have proven to increase compliance, strengthen trust and build alliances. The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services — Division of Parole and Probation spearheaded an innovative supervision approach and designed Knock and Talk Surges in Baltimore City. Units from the Division of Corrections also served as collaborators on this initiative. The neighborhoods chosen were areas noted as experiencing an increase in criminal activity. The main objective was to be visible in the community, offer services and resources and to check on the well-being of clients and their families. Learning Objectives: • Understand the benefits of a multidisciplinary approach to community corrections. • Understand Systems Theory and the need to serve not only the individual under supervision but also engage their family and

We work to continuously minimize our footprint through our waste reduction efforts to meet required regulations. Reducing waste is a core commitment for Aramark and as a “Food Loss and Waste 2030 Champion”, we are committed to reducing waste by 50% by 2030.
