Sponsorship Opportunities

of attendees will be using our app to navigate their way through the multitude of events. As the exclusive sponsor, your logo will appear as a scrolling banner ad within the app and on the landing page ensuring your presence will always be in front of conference attendees. In addition, you will be able to send up to two push notifications a day, allowing you to invite attendees to visit your booth or remind them of your events. Finally, your company name will be listed as a top sponsor on the exhibitor directory within the app. Branded Coffee Station/Frappuccino Station $7,500 per day Sponsorship of the daily coffee service at the convention center for one day — Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. It will be a pleasant wake-up call each attendee will appreciate. Your staff is welcome to greet the guests each day. Included with cost of this sponsorship is a client-branded coffee station, electrical and an attendant.

Exhibitor Aisle Hanging Signs or Aisle Floor Signs $8,000

With this exclusive sponsorship, your company will have your brand highlighted throughout the entire exhibit hall. As conference attendees navigate the hall, they will see your logo on each of the numbered hanging signs at the beginning of each aisle. There will be approximately 10 hanging aisle signs.
