Racheal Hoffman-Ots is an accomplished Accreditation and Compliance Consultant with more than 17 years of progressive experience in correctional operations, inmate classification, and ACA accreditation management. She currently leads statewide accreditation initiatives for the Florida Department of Corrections, where she oversees ACA compliance across more than 50 institutions and supports staff through policy evaluation, audit preparation, and institutional readiness. For the past four years, Racheal has proudly served on the ACA Commission, contributing to national standards development and strengthening accreditation practices across the correctional profession. Her leadership and collaboration with teams across FDC played a vital role in the department being awarded the prestigious ACA Golden Eagle Award — a recognition of exceptional agency-wide excellence. Racheal’s dedication to professional integrity and operational improvement was further honored when she received the Florida Department of Corrections Annual Secretary's Award in 2026, one of the agency’s highest distinctions. With a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, staff training, documentation, and facility operations, Racheal is committed to advancing correctional best practices and supporting agencies in achieving sustainable accreditation success.
