Roneisha M. Gilmore is a correctional professional with the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction, serving since 2018. Beginning her career as a Correctional Officer at Caswell Correctional Center, she advanced to Correctional Sergeant and has demonstrated leadership through her service on the Prison Emergency Response Team (PERT), where she currently serves as a Squad Leader. She is actively involved in employee engagement, peer support, and professional development initiatives across the agency. Roneisha is a Certified Corrections Professional and recipient of the NCDAC Secretary’s Honor Award, recognized for her dedication, leadership, and community service. She is an active member of several professional organizations and remains committed to supporting staff, advancing the corrections profession, and serving her community.
