Kiana Long serves as an Administrator with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office, where she oversees operations within the Correctional Development Center for Females (CDF). Throughout her career in corrections, Long has become known for a leadership approach centered on operational improvement, accountability, staff development, and organizational culture. She has led and contributed to initiatives involving operational restructuring, cross divisional coordination, policy enhancement, overtime reduction strategies, and inmate service improvements. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes communication, professionalism, consistency, and building sustainable systems that strengthen both staff performance and facility operations. Long is recognized for bringing progressive, solution focused perspectives to correctional leadership while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, collaboration, and organizational growth.
