FOURTH PURPOSE AND PRISON LIFE MEDIA PRESENTS: DISRUPTORS: Missouri, Anne Precythe LEADWELL MASTER SESSIONS
Join us for a powerful and thought-provoking session featuring “Disruptors,” a compelling corrections documentary that explores the impact of visionary leadership, innovation and transformational change within correctional systems.
LEADERSHIP ISN’T ABOUT MAINTAINING THE STATUS QUO. IT’S ABOUT TRANSFORMING WHAT COMES NEXT. This documentary examines what it takes to align a department-wide vision, build trust across every level of an organization and move employees from burned out to bought in. It explores a leadership approach that prioritizes talent, potential and performance alongside experience, while challenging supervisors and executives to see culture as an operational responsibility rather than a standalone initiative.
