Participants will gain an overview of the helpline’s purpose, scope of services, and how it serves as an early intervention tool that promotes timely support, connection, and care. The presentation highlights how the helpline supports mental wellness through immediate access to trained professionals, guidance during challenging moments, and referrals to additional resources when needed. By normalizing help seeking behavior and reinforcing the importance of proactive mental health support, this session underscores how the Mental Health Wellness Helpline contributes to a culture of care, safety, and shared responsibility—supporting healthier minds, one moment at a time.
