It highlights early withdrawal management, screening and treatment pathways, expansion of recovery programming and groups, and comprehensive MOUD treatment, including the challenges and successes encountered throughout implementation. The session addresses the unique challenges jails face given individuals often have an uncertain length of stay emphasizing the integration of discharge planning from the first encounter, addressing THURSDAY, JULY 30 11 A.M.–12 P.M.
