Americans With Disabilities Act — If any guest needs assistance, please contact American Correctional Association show management at 703-981-4738. Badge Identification — Wear your ACA badge at all times during ACA Conferences. It is your passport to the General Session, Exhibit Hall, workshops and social events. There will be badge checkers at each event. Badge Replacement — If you lose your badge, replace it at the ACA registration area for a $25 fee. Business Center — The FedEx Store hours are 8 a.m.–5 p.m daily. Cell Phones — Use of cell phones is not permitted in sessions, workshops or meetings. Please remember to turn them off or to silent mode. Exhibitor Service Counter — Located in Exhibit Hall E. Facility Tours — Facility tours are being offered by the Host Committee. You may sign up for the tours Friday, Jan. 10 – Sunday, Jan. 12. Space is limited, so sign up in the registration area. See page 60. Food Service — A variety of food and beverage outlets are located in the Orange County Convention Center and surrounding area. Circulators or other promotional material may be distributed only within the exhibitor’s assigned booth. Any prohibited materials found will be removed immediately.
