Room W240 C Overview: The culture of correctional facilities are directly related to ethical behavior. It is critical for correctional professionals to stay focused on the mission, goals, and principles of the correctional agency and the American Correctional Association’s Code of Ethics. In this workshop, two leading correctional administrators will discuss how ethical issues affect the culture of your staff, regardless of their positions and the culture within your organization. The panel will share ways to address ethical and culture issues in a professional and positive way.
