Conference App $7,500

Health Care Networking Reception Cost is based on the final price of the reception

This is an exclusive sponsorship opportunity: viewed by thousands of attendees, your logo will appear as a strolling banner ad within the app and on the landing pages. Send up to 2 push notifications a day, inviting attendees to visit your booth. Your company name will be listed as a top sponsor on the exhibitor direc tory within the app. (Push notifications are the perfect way for sponsors to reach attendees directly, and in a timely way. For an event, they provide a prime opportunity for a sponsor to make an announcement, do a promotion or remind attendees to stop by their booth. For a year-round app, they are a perfect opportunity for a sponsor to touch base with members on an ongoing basis to deliver relevant info.)

The Health Care Reception sponsorship can either be a co-sponsorship or an exclusive sponsorship. This is an exceptional event where health care professionals meet and greet in a social setting with their peers and the exhibitors and agents they work with throughout the year. Reception will honor those serving in correc tional health care.

Military Reception Cost is based on the final price of the reception

As a means of showing our appreciation for their service and dedication to our country and to the field of corrections, the American Correctional Association co-sponsors the annual Military Reception at each convention. This event is for civilian/military personnel and guests. At this event, military personnel meet and greet in a social setting with their peers and the exhibitors and agents they work with throughout the year. Reception will honor those serving in the military.

*Hotel Room Key Cards $6,000

This sponsorship involves providing hotel room key cards to all of the attendees of the confer ence, which will have your company name and logo as well as ACA’s logo on each key. It’s a great way to advertise your company at the conference because every attendee staying at a conference hotel will receive one.

Branded Coffee Break Service $10,000

Sponsorship of the daily coffee service at the convention center for one day — Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. It will be a pleasant wake-up call each attendee will appreciate. Your staff is welcome to greet the guests each day. Client branded backdrop is included with this sponsorship.

Lanyards $6,000

This sponsorship involves providing lanyards with your company logo. The lanyards will hold the conference name badge.
