Badge Identification — Wear your ACA badge at all times during ACA Conferences. It is your passport to the General Session, Exhibit Hall, workshops and social events. There will be badge checkers at each event. Badge Replacement — If you lose your badge, replace it at the ACA registration area for a $25 fee. Business Center — The UPS Store is open daily Monday–Friday from 9 a.m.–5 p.m.; Saturdays: Closed; Sunday 11 a.m.–4 p.m. Cell Phones — Use of cell phones is not permitted in sessions, workshops or meetings. Please remember to turn them off or to silent mode. Continuing Education Opportunities — Visit the ACA professional development staff in the ACA Connect Hub for additional information. See pages 70-71. Exhibitor Service Counter — Located in Exhibit Hall C/D.
E.R. Cass Awards — Offsite location at the National Symphony/Schermerhorn Symphony Center on Friday, Aug. 16. Ticket required. E.R. Cass President’s Reception: 6–7 p.m.; E.R. Cass Award Banquet: 7–9 p.m.; See page 51. Facility Tours — Facility tours are being offered by the Host Committee. You may sign up for the tours Wednesday, Aug. 14 – Saturday, Aug. 17. Space is limited, so sign up in the registration area. See page 60. Food Service — A variety of food and beverage outlets are located in the Music City Center and surrounding area. General Session — Friday, Aug. 16, from 1:30–3 p.m. in the Davidson Ballroom. Sponsored by Aramark and Falcon, Inc. See page 48. Grand Prize Giveaway — The grand prize will be given away on Sunday, Aug. 18, at 11:45 a.m. in the Exhibit Hall.
