Therefore, in 2020, DOC began the process to become a licensed outpatient treatment provider in each Level 4 and 5 facilities across Delaware, working with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Agency (SAMHSA) and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). This session will provide an overview of our process prior to submission and efforts to prepare for full approval of licensure. Learning Objectives: 1. Participants will be able to describe the steps of the process from provisional licensure towards accreditation. 3.Participants will be able to identify challenges and opportunities of the OTP process and lessons learned.
