I am pleased to welcome you to Orlando, Florida, the site of ACA’s 2023 Winter Conference. It is a blessing to be able to bring corrections professionals from across our great country and from every corner of the globe together in friendship to sunny Orlando and explore new methods to advance the cause of corrections. As always, the women and men of corrections will be treated to ACA’s informational workshops, an enthralling general session, a bevy of continuing education opportunities, a host of top-quality exhibitors, quality speakers and networking opportunities to enrich every correctional professional who joins us in Orlando. I want to thank our host committee for their amazing work in putting together a conference experience which will be memorable and valuable for all attendees.

Most of all, I look forward to seeing, talking to and exchanging ideas with the outstanding women and men who make up my chosen profession. I have always been energized by your warmth, your dedication to adhering to the most rigorous standards and your genuine commitment to deliver the best outcomes for your staff and the incarcerated population you serve.
