Americans with Disabilities Act Title IV provides for free 24/7/365 VRS for deaf offenders in jails and prisons qualify for VRS. Purple also provides 1:1 ASL interpretation services in person, or on-line as a billable service. Purple provides VRS sign language interpreter services to jails and prisons where deaf offenders are housed.
